The Future Forward: Can The Aftermath Of Sex Be A Pain In The Butt?

One night, after pleasuring myself to some decent pornography, I couldn't help but think about the two people that were in the video. Sure, it looks good in the moment. They are giving each other awesome pleasure. They are rocking each others world, whether they are top or bottom. But once the video ended, one question occurred in my mind.

How do they feel and what do they do afterwards?

Music Video- Diggy Simmons "Copy Paste"

I have grown up watching Diggy Simmons when he was still very young when he was on the reality series Run's House. I am probably one of those people who is completely shocked that he is all grown up now.

Can you believe he's sixteen years old?

He definitely show that he is all grown up in his new music video for his song "Copy Paste".

I will admit that the video caught me from the very beginning. I liked the technical creativity that was put in the video. It's quite a different look at hip hop. It's not all about being over the top or being somewhat hardcore. You can make a video and just experiment on it.

In the song "Copy Paste", Diggy is rapping about his individuality and constant diversity. Now every time someone notices it, they try to copy and paste, thereby making it their own. I can honestly say that Diggy made an excellent delivery with the song and video. The choreography in the video was quite a shocker, but I liked it. It'll be an extra plus for the almost shirtless scenes in the video. A few girls won't be able to resist.

Overall, I love the music video and I'm sure others will too. I can't wait for Diggy's album. I hope he hurries before this song blows over.

The Future Forward: Does Friends With Benefits Truly Work?

I am one of those romantic comedy fans that can't wait to go see the romantic comedy "Friends With Benefits," starring Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis. While others are going to see "Captain America: The First Avenger" I will be going to see this romantic comedy. I have seen too many superhero movies. It's time to take a break.

The 10 Pound Weight Gain Challenge Entry #3

I went on a scale for the first time last week. I have officially gained four and a half pounds so far. I looked at that scale feeling completely excited about it. My metabolism is not beating me this time. I have beaten it and I'm letting the weight gain naturally. Metabolism has been a pain in the butt when it comes to gaining weight. Now the tables have turned.

Aside from stuffing my face, I've decided to take it to the next level. It's about to be a week and a half. I made a promise to start working out. I don't want to just stuff my face. If I just stuff my face and I am not working out the rest of my body is going to look like pancakes.

I have scheduled swimming lessons for the following week and a half. Since I am interested in working out I felt like what better way to workout than to workout the entire body. That's where swimming comes in. It's my favorite sport and I couldn't help but pick it first.

So the following week and a half, I am still going to stuff my face, but I am going to tighten the muscles as well. The challenge is incredibly awesome. I wish I can go further, but I chose not to. I always said that when it comes to body image I want to be between abs and a flat stomach.

Wish me luck!

The 10 Pound Weight Gain Challenge Entry #2

It's been six days since the challenge began and my body feels like crap. Most people say that is easy to gain weight and hard to lose it. I'm starting to believe it's the other way around. I am eating like crazy, but my metabolism is making it a little hard for me to gain weight. So technically, it's easy for me to lose weight more than it is for me to gain weight.

I have been slowing down on alot of things I have been doing workout related. I sweat every single day whether it's walking or riding my bike to any location I go towards. For the next three weeks, I am only going to be using my bike during the weekend. The reason why is because I do swimming at a location that requires transportation like my bike . I don't do the regular pushups and situps. I decided what better way to work out than to do things to work out the entire body. Dancing and swimming is better for me.

While slowing down, I have been given a few recommendations. I have been told by one person to eat bread with every meal that I consume for the next couple of days. Another one recommended to me is corn bread. A friend of hers recently lost 20 pounds and my name came into the conversation when I was talking to her about my weight gain. The guy really suggested that I eat cornbread.

Here are a few of the meals that I've eaten in the last couple of days. Spaghetti and meatballs, fried chicken, french toast, pancakes, smoked sausages, biscuits, baked chicken, and donuts. I would've just given you my daily schedule, but I considered it a waste of time. All you need to know is that I am stuffing my face every single day. I am including all three important meals with snacks on the side.

I have done nothing workout related except for my weekend swimming lessons. The first week and a half is going to be nothing but stuffing myself and then the final week and a half will be working out while still eating on the side.

I'm going to barber today. I haven't had a haircut in almost a month. Whenever I am working on a project I give my all to it and don't think about anything else. One of those things just happens to be my hair. I am close to looking like a Sasquatch with all of this hair growing in all directions. Once I get to the barbershop there will be a weight scale, which I am going to use. It will be the first time that I will check and see how much do I truly weight.

Wish me luck everyone. This challenge is not easy.

Salad, Welcome To My Life

I promised a friend of mine that I take her out to dinner. Everybody that knows me personally will know that when I make a promise to a friend, I will do my best to keep. I believe in keeping promises. If I knew that I wasn't going to be able to do it, I would be honest and said I won't be able to do it. I believe in that quote strongly.

"Don't make promises you know you can't keep."

I made this promise to my friend Jessica weeks ago. She thought I forgot about it. She kept on reminding me for days about the whole thing. I told her there was no way in hell I forgot about it. My schedule has just been incredibly crazy. If I wasn't at work, I was at the library promoting Roque's Reality, doing product reviews, and contributing to the two websites I have been working with for a long time. If I wasn't at the library, I was probably at an audition. If I wasn't at an audition, I was probably at home, doing the same thing I was doing at the library.

Life has been moving so fast I have been taking advantage of every opportunity given to me. It has caused me to spend less time with my friends, but what else can I do? I can't just sit on the couch and do nothing.

Then finally, a day arrived when I finally had a break. I walked up to Jessica and told her that I was finally taking a break, and we went out to eat. I took her to Cafe Maspero, a wonderful Southern restaurant on Decatur Street. She told me weeks before that she has been working so much she never had any deep southern food. For southern people, they know what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about one plate of craw fish. Down here, we have the whole enchilada: craw fish, turkey necks, corn on the cob, and top it all off with Daiquiris and margaritas.

That's why I thought Cafe Maspero was going to be something good for her. We walked inside and she was already amazed. It had a wonderful southern setting. Customers were coming in and out. The menus were pure Southern ranging from sandwiches to shrimp. The prices were completely recession proof.

Jessica and I sat down and began to order. I ordered red beans and rice with a side order of french fries. Jessica decided to take a chance by eating a plate of shrimp with french fries. I warned her that the plate was going to be huge. The last time I went there I am pretty sure I ate thirty pieces and they tasted heavenly.

However, the first order that came was a plate of salad. The waiter placed the salad near the both of us and I got nervous. I haven't had salad since I was a little boy. At that time, my taste buds despised it. I stared at that salad with a war look on my face. I wanted to burn it to the crisp and throw it out the window. However, the new me loves trying out new food. My mind was telling me not to jump to conclusion and get rid of the salad without trying. I grabbed that fork and chopped on some lettuce and tomatoes.

The results was me eating the most amazing salad I have ever had in my life. I really liked it. I didn't want to avoid eating it anymore. Not only that, but when the food arrived, the salad made it easier for the food to digest. It was at that moment that I knew salad was going to be a part of my life. The get together that evening at Cafe Maspero apparently worked out for the both of us.

Jessica finally got a chance to eat some Southern food and I welcomed something that I used to hate when I was a little kid back into my eating life.

ADTV- Why Don't Gay Relationships Last?

Even though I am still saddened that this going to be the show's final season I will still follow ADTV til the very end.

ADTV just released their new video last night. In this one, they talk about an ongoing subject entitled "Why Don't Gay Relationships Last?" To me, this is a wonderful conversation to talk about. You get to see so many different point of views surrounding this one topic. With so many different people commenting in this video I had to repeat the video over and over again.

This is another wonderful addition to the creativity surrounding this show. If you want to know what I'm talking about come check it out below.

The 10 Pound Weight Gain Challenge Entry #1

I recently got the part in this upcoming movie, which I am so excited about. There is a however a tiny problem with the role. I can't fit the clothes that I am going to be wearing on set.

All hope is not lost though.

They really want me to be a part of this movie. They say I have everything they need when it comes to the role. The only thing now is to add the body to it. I have been given three weeks to gain 10 pounds of fat and muscle before filming begins. I expected something like this to happen, but I didn't know it was going to revolve around a movie role. Even though I have been a stable 120 pounds for almost a year now, a part of me always knew that it was going to be time to put some more meat on my bones.

It's been quite a challenge, but I have been having a good time. I talked about this with a few of my friends and they always give me the same answer. Every where I go I keep hearing "It's easy to put it on, but it's hard to get it off."

There are times when I just want to roll my eyes. I don't want to lose the weight. I want to eat five pigs and keep them inside my stomach. It's time to make a change and one of those changes just happens to be my body.

The first four days have been sort of well. I've eaten nothing but fried chicken, hot wings, and burgers. I am balancing them with fruits, dairy, and vegetables, but it' has been challenge. It's pretty hard than most people think. Aside from writing about these crazy moments that happens in my everyday life, I will also be updating you about my weight. It's going to be a combination of food consumption, workout regimes, and lessons that I will learn on the way.

These three weeks are going to be crazy, but I am so happy to be on this journey. Let the 10 Pound Weight Gain Challenge Begin.

The Future Forward: Do We Truly Have Gaydar?

I didn't think about this until I ran into a story surrounding a friend of mine who is also a blogger. He was talking about his experiences in New York and one of the things that stood out to me is when he felt like his gaydar was going off consistently. There were men surrounding him on every corner. It was hard for him to turn down one after another. While I was happy for him getting his swerve on, I couldn't help but think about what he told me.

Spanish Class Really Paid Off

During the final hours of the Essence Festival, I was assigned to check out a restroom on the other side of the event. To me, it was probably the most busiest restroom out of all of them. It's near the numerous restaurants that people go to and chow down to all the food. Once they are done you know the number one place they go to when they rise up from that chair. The restroom.

I walked inside to check on the location. I wasn't just going to stand in the front and watch everyone coming in and out. Based on the number of people that were doing that, I knew there was going to be a huge mess somewhere. I went inside to check on the supplies immediately.

While inside, I met this guy named Enrique who was working there as a janitor. I introduced myself to the new guy.

"Hello," I said.

He greeted me by shaking his head.

"What's your name?"

"I don't speak English," he blurted out. He had to say it three times because I couldn't quite hear him from the crowd. It was obviously the only English word he knew.

Instantly, my old memories of Spanish class kicked in. I remember being so humiliated at the moment when I had to switch over to another language to not only converse with the person I was talking to, but to also please the culture that I was learning. My Spanish teacher would ask me something and I would freeze instantly. It was always constant nervousness and a slight lack of knowledge. I love the Latin community, especially their music. I love artists like Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Shakira, and Ricky Martin. I always felt this connection with them.

I wasn't going to be beaten by my nervousness of speaking in Spanish. I held a deep breath and I started talking to Enrique like a true Spanish gentleman. It paid off. For three hours, I was speaking Spanish fluently. I understood everything he was telling me and I gave him the right answers. He always had a smile on his face. So did the other women that were working alongside him. They started talking to me in Spanish and I understood everything.

By the end of the night, I made new friends and my connection with the Latin community got even stronger.

I owe it all to my wonderful Spanish teacher back in high school.

Music Video- Beyonce "Best Thing I Never Had"

There is no stopping Beyonce. Even though she has the number one album in the country right now she is still staying busy. She just released her new music video for her song "Best Thing I Never Had" off her fourth album.

In this video, she talks about being glad she just avoided spending a long time with a relationship that was obviously not going to last. Throughout the video, she is preparing for her wedding day. She's all dressed up in sensual and seductive clothing before covering herself in her wedding dress. Then at the very end of the video she is feeling nothing but happiness once she married the man of her dreams.

The overall performance in this video is astounding. I have seen and watched a few weddings before. Before you are ready to walk down the aisle there comes a time when you begin to reminisce about past relationships. You begin to realize the journey you have gone through to get you to that point. There have been a series of heartbreak and loss of love. You feel like you are never going to be loved again or ever get the chance to walk down the aisle.

All of sudden, it comes someone that you would never expect to enter your life. Suddenly, you are now in that position.

Beyonce has done another great performance. She looks absolutely amazing for someone is turning thirty this year. I wish her support and more success.

My 30 Minute Pregnancy Service

I was working at the Essence Festival last weekend, promoting two different brands at the same time. For some of the people that saw me, I was that ecstatic guy who was dancing around and giving people free coupons. For me, I didn't just want to be that person that had a plastic smile on his face, and just giving people the coupons. That's not me. I was so happy to get that job and I was showing people my fun for the job. Apparently, it seemed to work out.

There were a few people that told others to check me out. They were all saying "Ya'll need to check out this young guy giving away these coupons. You'll love them."

I want to share that because I love everything that I do. I am happy to be in a position that I can do what I want to do in life. I know that I still have a long way to go, but I am happy to be doing what I want to do in life, and get paid to do it in the end.

While I was working, the seminar was just coming to end. Obviously, one of the first places that everyone was going to was the restroom. As people were going in and out of the restrooms, it surprised me just how many women were in line. The average prediction is that the men's room will always be the most crowded. Not in this case. Women after women were in that line. The majority of them was pregnant. So you already know that this was going to be a problem.

Suddenly, one of the pregnant women came out of the line and walked over to me.

"Excuse me," she said. "I can't stay in line any longer. My water is really getting ready to lose itself. Is there anyway I can get in there?"

"I don't know," I said. I couldn't think of anything else to say. I have been with pregnant women but none of them have ever offered me to help them with something.

"I'll tell you what," she continued. "I'll give you a preposition. You can be my guardian while I use this restroom. That way, the both of us will be alright."

Knowing me and my kind self, I couldn't turn her down. I held this women by the hand and brought her to an open cubicle in the men's room. I stood there the whole time she was fixing herself. She was all done and thanked me for helping her out. She said she arrived right on time. If she waited any longer her water would have really bursted on the floor. I thought the worst was over. I was sadly mistaken.

All of the sudden, the word got out about my temporary pregnancy services. One pregnant woman after the other was coming over to me, requesting my services. Of course, I couldn't just deny them access. Before you know it, I helped out thirteen pregnant women in 30 minutes.

I received compliments from each of them while one of them tipped me four dollars.

New Music- Michelle Williams "Love Gun"

While many fans want to say that a future Destiny's Child reunion is in the works, it looks like they will get that wish, but in a different way. They get to have their favorite members coming out at the same time. Beyonce's fourth album "4" is currently #1 on the Billboard charts. Kelly Rowland's album is about to hit stores next week. Now Michelle Williams is getting her shine on with the release of her new song "Love Gun".

The first time I played this song it didn't take long for me to fall in love with it. Michelle is continuing in the dance-pop genre and this song is a wonderful addition to her collection. Her voice fits the lyrics and rhythm amazingly. It's a voice that just makes you wants to get up and dance. The whole entire feel of this song makes you want to play it over and over again.

I really love the lyrics. It's all meeting someone new that caught your eye. Then you fall for that person so hugely, it's like they shot you with a love gun. Need I say more. You can listen to the song.

Keep doing your thing Michelle. I can't wait for the album to come out.

Geek Turned Stripper Night

You never know what a person truly is until they show it. When people looked at me on this particular night they thought I was a geek that was going to be silent and not really converse with the crowd. Then when I was singing along to the music and performed, they were shocked that this geek temporarily turned into a stripper.

I went out to my favorite karaoke club in the entire world. I love going there better than any other club. Whenever I enter that place I feel like I am walking to a family. A fun drunk family. We may look like good people when you first meet us, but once the alcohol starts pouring and the right music is playing, we are going to unleash the undercover freaks that we truly are.

I walked in and was already blending into the crowd with my crazy dancing and knowledge of rock music. It was nothing but rock music being played that night. Even the people that were performing karaoke were performing rock music. It was a shock for me, but I went ahead with it. As long as I knew the song I was jamming to it.

My love for rock music attracted alot of people. They considered me a mini Lenny Kravitz because I knew almost all the songs. I made some new drunk friends that night and it was amazing.

Finally, it was my turn to perform. I was still wearing my glasses. I didn't choose a rock song. I chose Rihanna "S&M". Now I can already feel through the computer screen that somebody is blushing. They don't want to read this anymore. It's very hilarious. Once I started performing I turned into a stripper for the next four minutes. I was so into the song that I was being provocative and seductive with everyone around. I think it comes from my love for Latin music. I love listening to Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, and Marc Anthony. The majority of their music just turns you on.

By the time I was done, the aftermath happened just the way I planned. Only a few people were clapping while others had their mouths down. They were shocked that I did something like that. That was when they saw the freaky side of me. I got off the stage and everyone wanted a piece of me. Not in a violent way. I'm talking about in a sexual way. I didn't go ahead with any of the offers I was given, but it was funny to see all of those people craving for me.

It was the night I like to call "The Geek Turned Stripper Night."
